Now as usual we will open our discussion about cooking and now today we will start again with grilling.

Grills applying an open fire since a fuel source have been applied for centuries. A frequently used device for this type of grilling is a ring built of metal or heavy masonry that's used to contain a little fire, which is commonly fueled with wood or charcoal. Commercially produced metal pots and kettles, designed specifically for wood burning, are as well used.
