How to Change “Post a Comment” With Own Style

Blogger default display usually link called “Post a Comment”  Under the Post colomn.Although the blog language is sets to indonesian language. If you want to change it with your own style like “Blogger Says”, “People Talking”, or else. Please take a look this tutorial below.
